The house looked amazing once we had enacted all their suggestions and we really believe it helped us achieve the maximum possible value from the sale. Throughout the whole process, Ben and Martin communicated proactively and comprehensively. They gave us plenty of warning of any viewings, which enabled us to ensure the house looked spick and span every time a prospective purchaser visited. They even had their team take care of our dog during some of the viewings – it seemed that nothing was too much trouble to make sure every purchaser got to experience the property in the best possible light. After every visit, we received communication about how the viewing had gone and they followed this up with a weekly summary of activity to reassure us that the agreed marketing plan was being actioned. All in all, throughout the process we felt that Martin and Ben worked with us as a team, coaching us through the sales process and ensuring they did everything they could to make what is a stressful time as smooth as possible. Having settled in for what we thought would be a long sales process, we were pleasantly surprised when Martin and Ben presented multiple offers just three weeks into the marketing campaign. Their attentiveness during the negotiation could not be faulted – at one stage Ben drove to the airport to meet us and present offer paperwork!
